Summer in the Vineyard

The vineyard is alive with lush vines fully lifted and ripening our precious fruit.

With Christmas a mere four sleeps away, we can rest easy, for a few days at least, as our pea size berries gently grow and ripen in the fairly mild weather December has brought us so far. Our clean fruit and lack of disease is due to the extreme diligence of our vineyard team, despite the occasionally challenging weather conditions. The newly planted pinot noir clones have shot up in the spring and early summer warmth, promising some exciting wines in vintages to come. – Ant Davenport, Viticulturist
