Local Chef Andy Bryant Takes The Reins

We are excited to announce the promotion of local chef Andy Bryant to Head Chef of Rare Hare.

 

 

A foundation member of the kitchen brigade since the restaurant opened, Andy is passionate about the fresh, local produce highlighted in the simple and delicious menu. Andy brings his experience of working both locally and internationally to the role of Head Chef and we look forward to seeing his flair in the menu in the coming months.
